Why We Wrote These E-Books
Because too many fighters train hard, but not smart.
Because many martial arts tutorials skip the why behind the how.
Because most online advice is generic, not tailored to combat sports physiology.
And because we see fighters with potential plateau simply because they don’t understand the mechanics of speed, power, or endurance.
We decided to build something better:
A scientific, fighter-friendly system.
A clear and direct training blueprint.
A set of guides every fighter can use to improve immediately.
These e-books are the result of thousands of hours of training, research, coaching, analyzing, and problem-solving.
Based on real sports science
Every concept whether it's speed development, explosive strength, or energy systems is supported by current scientific understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and strength conditioning.
Written by real fighters who train and compete
Leo and I didn’t write these from behind a desk.
We wrote them from the gym, the ring, and years of hard sparring, fights, and coaching.
Nearly 20 years combined martial arts experience
Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, BJJ, and combat conditioning distilled into clear, practical training guides.
No fluff. Only what works.
If it doesn’t make you a better fighter, it’s not in the book.
To give fighters from beginners to professionals access to the same knowledge, structure, and training philosophy that we use ourselves.
To build fighters who are:
faster
stronger
more explosive
more conditioned
more intelligent in their training
We don’t sell hype.
We don’t promise magic tricks.
We give you practical tools that work because we’ve lived them.
